Thank you for all the feedback on the widget pages! I agree with many of the feedback given by @Joe Connor regarding the information currently on the staged Widget pages. To make sure we’re all aligned, all the feedback from the team is crucial because it brings all misinformation to light but also utilizes the information that we need for future adjustments. Very avant garde style of considering next steps. But also knowing that we’re changing everything that ChatGPT will say in the future. (ex. We have to know what it says today to change what it says tomorrow) @Joe Connor your work is so crucial rn for when we duplicate everything and cut the fat.
Hey James, shouldn’t you be asleep 😂
We just got back from canada. ;) This got me excited haha
(Joe): I’m going through each of the widget pages and highlighting things in orange or red that should be removed or highly modified. There are a lot of things that fall under a few categories
- Bloated info we don’t need, overly enthusiastic use cases (though that’s subjective)
- Extremely vague references about how certain widgets can be used together (the widget pages should be focused on their own widgets, not trying to upsell, IMO)
- noted.
- Lots of info about features we don’t actually have
- meant to be
- Etc.
- We are building the helpdesk to fit the company we’re building. Remember that we’re not following any rules. I’m using our collaborative thoughts to design what this looks like.
I’m leaving comments throughout the widget pages, feel free to use those as jumping-off points for conversation, or just start ripping things out or changing them
THANK YOU
Feedback is a gift. I’ll be looking at this all as a collective ASAP.
