How to display two Google Calendar accounts at once

Being able to display two separate Google Calendar accounts is a common use-case when trying to display events in your Notion, and we've got you covered. Note: we are currently working on making multi-account support easier, but in the meantime, please follow the below steps to display 2+ calendar accounts in the same view.

Scenario

Let's assume you have Personal and Business, and would like to display events from both on your Indify calendar.

In short, you’ll need Personal to subscribe to Business, and then enable both calendars from your Personal account.

Step 1: Log into Business, and invite Personal to view its events

  • Log into Business on https://calendar.google.com, hover over your calendar, and click "Settings and Sharing"
  • add_custom_css
  • Invite Personal to view and/or make changes
  • Next, copy the Calendar ID for that calendar in Settings > Integrate Calendar.

Step 2: Subscribe Personal to your calendar from Business

  • Log back into Personal on https://calendar.google.com, and click "Add other calendars" → "Subscribe to calendar"
  • add_custom_css

  • Paste the calendar ID from Business that you copied in Step 1

  • Make sure it's enabled in Personal!
  • add_custom_css

Step 3: Log into indify.co, and set up your Google Calendar with Personal. Both accounts’ calendars will now appear on your widget.

You should now be able to see all of your events within your Indify widget.
