Q: Why don’t I see certain options like transparency, multi‑calendar, or templates?

These are Pro features for specific widgets. To use them, upgrade just that widget to Pro or subscribe to Creator to get one Pro upgrade included.

Q: Why am I capped at 6 widgets?

The Free plan includes up to 6 active widgets so anyone can get started at no cost. Remove unused widgets or upgrade to Creator for unlimited widgets and dashboards.

Q: What’s the difference between Free, Pro, and Creator?

Here are the differences:

• Free: Up to 6 widgets. Core customization. Cross‑platform embeds.
• Pro (per widget): Unlocks advanced controls for eligible widgets like Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Weather, and Image Gallery.
• Creator (account): Unlimited widgets and dashboards + includes one Pro upgrade you can apply to any eligible widget.

Q: Which widgets can be upgraded to Pro?

Currently: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Weather, and Image Gallery. Other widgets keep all their features on Free today.

Q: Does Creator give me Pro for all widgets?

Creator includes one Pro upgrade. You can purchase additional Pro upgrades if you need more widgets with advanced controls.

Q: Do I need to pay to embed Indify in Notion, Coda, Obsidian, Canva, or Google Sites?

No. Embedding is free. Most people never need to pay unless they want advanced widget controls or more than 6 widgets.

Q: Will my current widgets break if I don’t upgrade?

No. Your existing Free widgets keep working. Upgrading simply unlocks extra settings for eligible widgets.

Q: How do I check my plan or upgrade?

Go to your Indify account to see your current plan and available upgrades. From a widget’s settings, choose Upgrade to Pro for that widget. To remove the 6‑widget limit and get one Pro upgrade included, choose Creator.

Q: Can I move my Pro upgrade to a different widget later?

You can add additional Pro upgrades for other widgets any time. If you need to reassign an existing upgrade, contact support and we’ll help.
