Google Calendar
- Verify calendar permissions: Ensure the Indify widget has access to your Google Calendar in your Google account settings.
- Check calendar visibility: Make sure the calendars you want to display are not hidden in your Google Calendar settings.
- Enable additional calendars: Go to widget settings and enable additional calendars (work, personal, shared). Note: A paid plan is required to enable multiple calendars at once.
- Reconnect your account: Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Google Calendar account in the widget settings.
- Clear cache: Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
Outlook Calendar
- Verify calendar permissions: Ensure the Indify widget has the necessary permissions to access your Outlook Calendar.
- Check calendar sync settings: Confirm that calendar syncing is enabled in your Outlook account settings.
- Enable additional calendars: Go to widget settings and enable additional calendars (work, personal, shared). Note: A paid plan is required to enable multiple calendars at once.
- Reconnect your account: Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Outlook account in the widget settings.
- Verify calendar is not archived: Check that the calendar you're looking for hasn't been archived or moved.
