    Although many of our plans have free trials, we also want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy.

    Our 7-Day Refund Window

    We issue refunds for contracts within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. This gives you one full week to make sure that your paid subscription meets your needs and expectations. Due to the nature of the product, and to prevent abuse, we cannot extend this refund window.

    How It Works

    If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, simply reach out to our team at refunds@indify.co. Our support team will assist you as soon as possible. Please note that we may have a high request volume, so it may take a moment to get back to you.

    Rest assured, if for any reason your subscription lapses after you’ve already submitted a cancellation request, we will ensure any subsequent payments also get refunded.
