Widget not loading where it’s embedded

If your Indify widget is not loading properly, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Verify the Embed Link

Ensure you are using the correct embed link from Indify. The link should start with https://indify.co/widgets/live/ and be specifically designed for embedding.

2. Refresh Your Page

After embedding the widget, refresh your page to allow the platform to fully load the content. Sometimes widgets need a page reload to display correctly.

3. Check Platform Compatibility

Confirm that your platform (Notion, Canva, etc.) supports iframe embeds. Some platforms have restrictions on embedded content that may prevent widgets from loading.

4. Clear Browser Cache

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try reloading the page. Cached data can sometimes interfere with widget loading.

5. Try a Different Browser

Test the widget in a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues. Some browsers may have settings that block embedded content.

6. Check Internet Connection

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Slow or interrupted connections can prevent widgets from loading properly.

7. Check Network or Content Blockers

Verify that your network firewall, VPN, or content blocker (such as browser extensions or ad blockers) is not preventing external embeds from loading. Try temporarily disabling these tools to see if the widget loads.

8. Verify Widget Settings

Review your widget settings in Indify to ensure all configurations are correct. Also, check if the widget still exists in your Indify account and hasn't been accidentally deleted.

If the widget still doesn't load after trying these steps, submit a bug report on the widget’s configure page with details about your platform, browser, and the specific widget you're trying to embed.
